Life moves fast. You need a card manager that keeps up. Our Card Management app puts the power in your pocket, giving you total control over how, when, and where your OHecu debit and credit cards are used.

Why Use Our Card Management App?

Designed for convenience and peace of mind, our Card Management app allows you to:

  • Monitor Activity in Real-Time. View your OHecu debit and credit card account details and monitor recent and pending transactions.
  • Customize Alerts. Set up alerts to receive notifications for transactions over a specific dollar amount, online purchases, international charges, or declined transactions.
  • Block Transactions. Prevent purchases from certain merchant types, locations, and spending limits.
  • Lock and Unlock Your Cards. Misplaced your card? Instantly block new purchases and ATM withdrawals with a simple tap. Once your card is found, you may just as easily unlock it and continue use. (Note that this feature will be available immediately for credit cards; debit cards will be coming soon!) 
  • Travel with Confidence. Set your travel dates and destinations directly in the app to ensure your card works seamlessly wherever your journey takes you.
  • Manage Credit Card Payments. Make OHecu credit card payments quickly and securely, directly through the app.
  • Act Fast to Prevent Fraud. Immediately report lost or stolen cards to help avoid unauthorized use.

Getting Started is Easy:

  1. Download: Search for "OHecu Card Management" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Register: Open the app and complete the simple enrollment process.
  3. Customize: Add your cards, configure your notifications, and turn on the optional biometric (FaceID/Fingerprint) login.

Note: The Card Management app is separate from our Mobile Banking app. Your username and password for this app may be different from your Online & Mobile Banking credentials.
